* COLLAB REELS are reels posted on my Instagram account and collaborated with your page

* ALL REELS offered will be created around 30 seconds in length and optimised with trending audio, location tags, SEO & relevant hashtags

* ALL UGC CONTEN PACKAGES will be provided with full usage rights for photos and reels to use in your own marketing material on social media

* ALL UGC PACKAGES require a minimum of 2-3 nights stay in order to collect content

* ALL PACKAGES include daily Instagram stories + will be shared starting the day of departure for safety + security purposes

* CAROUSEL POSTS will include a collection of 10x images on 1x feed post added to my Instagram account

* For any INFLUENCER COLLABORATIONS usage rights are not included and can only be used as re-share with full credit/tag

* For INFLUENCER COLLABORATIONS payment is required before posting

* For UGC CONTENT PACKAGES 50% payment is due before arrival and the remainder due upon delivery of assets

* ALL CONTENT will be produced and delivered/posted within 1-2 weeks of stay

* Photos will be a mix of lifestyle, drone + property pictures taken with high quality, professional equipment (DJI Mavic Mini 3 Pro + Canon 5D Mark IV)

* Depending on location, travel costs may be an extra fee

* If food services are included with your stay packages, it is expected to have this included for content purposes
